Our Dementia Advisers are here to support you if you have a dementia diagnosis or care for someone who does. They provide a range of support including information about local groups and services, signposting for things like legal and benefits help and emotional support, They can also answer your dementia questions and help with some of the more challenging aspects of this disease.
