Prospects
gathering of fun, song and friendships for those with disabilities and their carers Thursday evenings.
A Place To Belong.
Prospects meets here at Lakeside and is an incredible ministry that reaches out to adults with learning difficulties. The group was started many years ago by a church member who had a vision for introducing the gospel to adults with learning difficulties, so that they may learn more about the Christian faith.
Each week we have around 30-40 people attending (including carers) and there is always room for more. As well as our own meetings, members of the Prospects Group are regular attenders also at our 11am Sunday gatherings, and are encouraged to participate in other Church activities as they are able.
