Room Hire Large Meeting Room
• The Large Meeting Room is a light airy upstairs room which is accessible by stairs or by lift which also carries wheelchairs and buggies.
• Room Hire Rate £20 per hour, reduced rate available for registered charities.
• It holds ten people plus a presenter in a desks-together layout or 20 in theatre style layout.
• The room is frequently used for small numbers activities eg, interest groups like reading, chess, drop in “surgeries”.
• Heated.
• Several standard 240v power sockets which include separate USB Type A charging sockets.
• Two user ethernet network ports plus WiFi access.
• 65″ 4K UHD television which can be connected to over WiFi or via HDMI. The TV is separately connected to the internet to show Youtube, training videos, etc.
• Tea and coffee facilities available to hire.
