St Pauls, Community mindfulness sessions

Every week from September 15th 11am to 12pm, Mindfulness is a practice that helps us to calm ourselves and live more peacefully. Through simple practices like paying attention to our breathing, our senses and nature we can learn to live 'in the moment', be less troubled by anxiety and live with a sense of gratitude. Mindfulness can also help with sleep, concentration and physical pain.
