Listening Ear for Carers
Our Listening Ear project is run by trained volunteers many of whom have been carers themselves.The project provides informal and confidential support to unpaid carers who are suffering bereavement, loss, anxiety, depression and isolation or just need someone to offload and talk too.At Sefton Carers Centre we offer a free and confidential service to help you deal with the day to day stresses of your caring role.
