Health and Social Care Forum
Sefton CVS co-ordinates the involvement of the local voluntary, community and faith (VCF) sector in Sefton in addressing local, regional and national health priorities. CVS facilitates sector engagement with key partners and commissioners with a view to developing responsive solutions to the identified health and wellbeing priorities in the borough.
Through the Health and Social Care Forum, the sector engages with the Health and Wellbeing Board, Adult Forum, CCG structures and developing Primary Care Networks.
The Health & Social Care Forum membership is open to any (VCF) sector organisation in Sefton who are involved in the delivery and/or coordination of health and social care services.
The Forum meets bi-monthly and publishes regular e-bulletins and briefings.
