At Sefton Carers Centre we recognise that the impact of your caring role may affect your mental and physical well-being. We offer a number of free services to help promote rest and relaxation - including Hand and Arm Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Guided Meditation and Facial. All of our therapists are fully qualified and maintain a high professional standard of care. In order to access all of our services for free you will need to register with us. By providing us with your details you will receive information and support which is tailored to your individual needs.
