We provide palliative and end of life care for patients with life limiting conditions as well as offering support for their families and carers. For all our patients we aim to provide a safe, welcoming place within a modern, professional clinical environment, allowing time and space for people with demanding and complex needs to be cared for at a crucial time of their life.
