Housing Advice and Homelessness Prevention Services
Light for Life Sefton is the Housing and Homelessness Advice Service for Sefton Council. Our friendly and welcoming Community Hubs are the first port of call for anybody in crisis aged 18+. Our dedicated and highly skilled staff provide a wide range of services to prevent homelessness, promote independence and improve Health & Wellbeing.

• Health & Wellbeing/ Clinical Services - Hospital In-reach Service, Specialist Clinic in partnership with St Marks Medical Centre, Dental Services in partnership with Dentaid UK, Hep C testing in partnership with HEP C Trust and Liverpool Royal Hepatology Department, partnership working with CGL Addiction Services
• Training - Trauma Informed Practice/ Suicide Prevention
