Care Community Culture (CCC)
Care Community Culture (CCC) is a collaboration between Chinese Wellbeing, Irish Community Care and Mary Seacole House. Together we have developed a partnership to achieve the maximum impact on the health and wellbeing of people from primarily, but not exclusively, Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) communities by utilising our collective resources.
Care Community Culture (CCC) is designed to enable individuals to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. We provide assistance with a variety of everyday tasks, in addition to providing companionship and support to remain active within the community. We also provide assistance to carers who are seeking short respite from their responsibilities.
