Assessment and Rehab Day Unit (ARDU)

Sefton OPERA
Since July 2002, in partnership with Aintree University Hospital Trust, Sefton O.P.E.R.A has supplied a team of volunteers to ARDU to benefit the elderly day visitors at the centre, by providing hand massage, gentle head/neck/shoulder massage & Tai Chi.
