Parents And Carers Team Sefton (or PACTS) support parents or carers of a children or young peopele who are 0-25 years of age with additional needs. If you also belong to a group of parents or carers you can get involved with PACTS by having your say. Our vision is to join parents together with a collective voice to work with service providers to help shape services to meet the needs of disabled children and their families.
