Active Minds Day Centre CIC, is a not-for-profit-organisation, supporting people with Dementia, Social Isolation and Mental Health, providing a varied range of activities, trips out, quizzes, home baking and much more, open 5 days a week Monday- Friday 9am-5pm. We promote physical and mental agility allowing our members to remain within the comforts of their own home but also offering some respite for their carers. We run support groups for carers as well.
