Alternative Futures Group was founded in 1992 by Matthew Clarke. We are a large charitable organisation who is passionate about providing person centred support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. We are a major employer in Merseyside with a team of over 2,500 people who provide a range of support to over 1,100 individuals normally living within their own homes. We also have the skills and expertise to enable us to provide tailored care for people with more complex mental health needs within our seven independent hospitals and two adult care homes with nursing. Everything we do as an organisation is focussed around the needs of our people including service users and staff.
