Equal Voices in Action (HELD - Part 2 Embody)

HELD is a three-part Equal Voices in Action series focused on sustainable anti-racism, community cohesion and inclusion across Sefton. The sessions support community leaders, volunteers, grassroots organisations, allies and people with lived experience to pause, reflect, connect and sustain the work they are already doing in communities.

Session 2: Embody

This session will focus on embodied resilience and connection. It will explore regulation, presence and self-awareness during difficult conversations about racism, discrimination, inequality and community cohesion.

This session will include:
A one-hour professionally facilitated somatic workshop (please bring a yoga mat if you have one)
Up to six spotlight stories from groups linked to the session topic
Community conversation and reflection
A networking lunch
