Equal Voices In Action

Join us for Standing Together: Allyship Across Communities, an Equal Voices in Action event exploring community connection, belonging, and the importance of allyship in today’s world. Bringing together people from across Sefton, the event will feature six inspiring spotlight stories from local community groups sharing real experiences of support, inclusion, resilience, and building stronger communities. The day will also include a 90-minute Embodied Allyship somatic healing workshop focused on connection, listening, empathy, and creating safe spaces for one another, followed by a networking lunch giving attendees the opportunity to connect, reflect, and continue the conversation together.

We particularly welcome people from diverse communities and backgrounds, including global majority communities, refugees, asylum seekers, plus anyone passionate about creating more connected, inclusive, compassionate communities. This is a welcoming 18+ event for anyone interested in community, wellbeing, inclusion, meaningful human connection.
