This workshop is for those Voluntary, Community and Faith Groups who want to look at Monitoring and Evaluation with a different lens in order to measure the things that matter to their beneficiaries, stakeholders and funding bodies.
We will look at why Monitoring and Evaluation is integral to the success of an organisation and then equip you with some strategies and tools to do this.
The session will cover:
- Defining success: looking at impact and outcome statements to really understand the questions that need to be asked.
- Deciding on success metrics.
- Goal setting to prioritise and streamline.
- Tools and techniques.
