Meet the Funder - PH Holt Foundation

PH Holt Foundation invites applications from Merseyside based charities operating in any of the five Merseyside boroughs. Our funding can help strengthen local communities and keep vital charity services running.

To be eligible for a grant, you must be a small or medium-sized charity headquartered in Merseyside with an income of under £1 million. There are certain things that we fund, namely:

• Existing and new activities
• Salaries and project expenses
• Volunteer and beneficiary costs
• Community and outreach initiatives
• Arts, welfare and education programmes
• Advice, information, and advocacy services
• Resources and items of equipment

The trustees assess each application on merit with grants being for one year and range from £1,000 up to £15,000. Larger and recurrent grants may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
