HSC Forum - 15th January

The next Health & Social Care meeting is Wednesday 15th January at Crosby Lakehouse, 10.00am - 12.30pm.

The meeting will be taking a broad look at opportunities for apprenticeships in the VCFE sector. We would like to acknowledge and celebrate the acheivements of our local primary care networks. In addition to hearing feedback from the Health & Wellbeing Board and our partner representatives in Dementia Friendly Sefton, Sefton In Mind & Sefton Partnership for Older Citizens. 

This meeting will also be used to engage with the voices of our community to shape and inform the NHS Change conversation. At our last meeting we took an organisational perspective, we now look to focus on the voices of our coastal community & those affected by substance misuse.
