Info:  The Hearts of Gold Sefton at 50 programme invites applications from organisations and community groups to deliver Heritage based projects with community inclusion that promotes and celebrates the rich and diverse social and cultural heritage of Sefton, with support available to implement projects. Funding of up to £2,000 is available through the Community Grants programme which is open from Monday 4 September to Friday 6 October 2023.
