Brabners Charity Law Update

Voluntary, Community and Faith (VCF) sector groups and organisation in Sefton are invited to the upcoming ‘Brabners Charity Law Update’ on Tuesday 27 June 2023 at 10am – 11am. The event will be held at our Sefton CVS offices.

The Update will provide practical guidance, covering recent legislation and case law and topics such as;

1. An Introduction to the Charities Act 2022,
2. The Charity Commission’s regulatory activity and a review of some of the Charity Commission’s case reports;
3. Charity Campaigning; and
4. Other legal and case law developments
