Sefton 4 Good has two teams taking part: a team of 10 at 1pm and a team of 6 at 2.30pm. If you are able to come and show your support to all teams it would be greatly appreciated. You will be notified which group you are in.

Running Order:
Your names will be called and you will proceed to the abseil platform. There is a lift to the top followed by around 40/50 steps. I you do not take the lift there are around 100 steps. The lift will take 4 people at a time.
You will then be given a harness and a safety briefing. It is then time to abseil!!
Only the abseilers and the official photographer will be allowed onto the platform due to limited space.
We will be watching and cheering on from the bottom with any supporters you bring with you- the more the merrier!
You will receive your certificate for completing the abseil when you reach the bottom.
Travel Information:
There is limited parking at the cathedral. Parking at the cathedral is charged at £3.50 for 3 hours. The nearest train station is Liverpool Central, approximately a walk away. The nearest bus stops are on Liverpool bus station is approximately a walk away.
Venue information:
The event is being managed by Penine Events with TNR managing the abseil. There will be music and DJ Ian Gibbons.
There will be a Prosecco van and Welsford Bistro providing drinks and snacks. A cup of coffee is around £2.50. We recommend bringing your own snacks and drinks if you do not wish to purchase them.
Please note NO DRONES are permitted.
Your photograph will be taken by the Sefton CVS photographer and by the event photographer. You will be able to purchase the event photos at the check in cabin, priced at £15 for a mounted print and a digital copy. We will send the photos we have taken by email after the event.
Please wrap up warm and wear sensible clothing and shoes (detailed in the t’s and c’s on your booking form).
Sponsorship:
There is a minimum sponsorship of £100 per person. This will be payable by 31st July 2023. Payment details can be found in the Sefton 4 Good fundraising pack.
