Sefton Partnership for Older Citizens

Sefton Partnership for Older Citizens (SPOC) has been responsible for the Older People’s Strategy for the last fifteen years. This cross-sector partnership brings together older citizens of the borough with representatives from statutory partners working to support Sefton to be a place were people  age and live well.
